Fine design
The star of the light and airy, loft-style living space is a bar with professional equipment suspended between two pillars. A lounge area with open fireplace and the customised dining area are designed for moments of leisure and relaxation, and the pleasures of dining in good company. The high ceilings and light microcement floors form a projection surface for an evocative play of light and colour.

This diva is a veritable eye-catcher: the long bar suspended between two pillars is the centrepiece of the loft-style living space. With its impressive proportions, this luxuriously appointed bar offers space for twosomes quietly chilling out over a cup of coffee as well as for merry cocktail parties in the group. The dining area, with its long custom-made table and benches, leads on to another piece of space-defining designer furniture: a ten-metre-long fitted kitchen that transitions almost seamlessly into the outdoor area. Multiple cooking zones provide for simultaneous cooking and grilling at several points.

The living and dining areas in detail
The bar at the centre of the living room is equipped to a luxurious standard: R 58 Rocket coffee machine, wine cooler and barista equipment. The linen-covered wall panels can be opened to the windows behind. They ensure good acoustics and are used for indirect lighting. The 10-metre-long designer kitchen extends continuously into an outdoor kitchen, separated only by a pane of glass.
